In some rare circumstances, when demand exceeds all expectations, we may be forced to deliver within 2 weeks. If that is the case, we will contact you immediately and let you know about the delay. You will have the option to receive your money back or wait for your goods for the extended delivery period.
When we mail the package you will receive an e-mail notification and, depending on the shipping method chosen during the checkout, a link to track the package.
In any circumstance, we will keep you informed about your goods at every step of the process. No guessing games, no fears of missing packages, just the same transparency we use in every single transaction. 

Payment 

• We recommend mailing your payment immediately, or using USPS (if in the US) priority mail through to ensure delivery within five business days.
  We reserve the right to refuse an order if your payment is not received within five business days after the order is placed.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order if our quoted price is incorrect, due to computer-related problems.

All credit card order returns are subject to a 5.00% restocking fee.

Processing times

Important
We will authorize your purchase but we will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

When your order ships you will receive confirmation from PayPal or Google about the payment and another confirmation from ]]>www.silvergoldtrade.com]]> about your shipment.

Wire payments should be received within 48 hours of the purchase.

Notice of money orders, cashier checks or personal checks must be received within 24 hours.

Credit card orders (including Google Checkout and PayPal orders) for any amounts are reviewed before approval. Credit Card Orders (including Google Checkout and PayPal orders) above $2,500 may be subject to additional documentation or screening and are subject to the approval of www.silvergoldtrade.com.

It is always recommended to make your payments for ammounts over $2,500 by direct wire transfer.

Payment instructions will be issued on the final page of your ordering process and again by email after you place your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable regardless of payment method and price confirmation.

Returns

We will accept your returns no questions ask. We provide all our customers with a refund, return and/or exchange policy. The return policy is limited to three days from the date on which the customer receives their items and notifies us the intent of returning the item. The items must be returned on the original packaging and the shipping costs will fall under the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of gold products, we will buy your returns the bid price of gold plus fabrication costs on the day they are received, or for a restoking fee of $70 per ounce of gold, whichever is less. In the case of silver products, we will buy your returns the bid price of gold plus fabrication costs on the day they are received, or for a restoking fee of $3 per ounce of silver. However, www.silvergoldtrade.com reserves the right of requiring the customer to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property of www.silvergoldtrade.com.

In adition to the above conditions, we charge a 5% restocking fee on all credit card orders returned. If you request an exchange we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money.
